The Coalition for Outdoor Access (COA) invites you to attend an info session to learn about SOAR (Simplifying Outdoor Access for Recreation). The SOAR Act will increase guided recreational access to federal lands and waters by improving the outfitter-guide permitting processes of the federal land management agencies. Additionally, the bill will simplify the permitting process, make it more transparent, reduce permit costs, and increase flexibility for outdoor leaders.
